CRB

CR Beginner

(CRB) Beginner class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

SS

Sweat & Surrender

(SS) This 75 minutes class is a balanced blend of challenge and peace. The first-half of this class consists of dynamic yoga postures and movements to build strength and flexibility. The second-half is a calming surrender to gravity focusing on grounding and restorative yoga postures. Room temperature set at 95 degrees with 60% humidity

CRG

CR Gentle Beginner/All-Levels Flow

(CRG) Gentle Beginner/All Levels Flow Class (non-heated)
This class is performed at a slower pace, and includes an extended time for yogic breath work, meditation and relaxation. The class begins with breath work, flows into warm up movements and then into yoga postures that are held for longer periods of time. Students are invited to modify their practice, so that all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk for injuries. This class places emphasis on stretching, seated poses and flowing through low-impact movements while being mindful of one’s breathing.

Gentle yoga can be practiced by just about anyone, regardless of age or physical condition. It is especially beneficial for people with injuries, pain, mobility or health concerns. A gentle yoga practice is a great choice for anyone who is afraid they are not flexible or fit enough to do the yoga poses. Cues will be given throughout class.

Restorative

Deep Stretch & Restore

The perfect complement or alternative to a vigorous, heated vinyasa practice.  

In this meditative class, variations of seated and supine-lying yoga poses targeting primarily the hips, pelvis, and spine are held for long periods of time to free up restrictions in the joints and deep layers of connective tissue.  This ‘Yin’ style practice is designed to be deeply calming and restorative for the nervous system, and overtime can have a profound effect on posture, range of motion, and flexibility, helping you to stand taller, sit more comfortably and move more freely in everyday activities.

Complemented by soothing music. Practiced in a warm room (no added humidity). Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced. 

CRV

CR Vinyasa (CRV)

(CRV) is a Hot Vinyasa All Levels class practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching. This class emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Connecting breath to your movements.  This class welcomes beginners to the advanced yogi. Room is heated to 90-95 degrees.

CR1

CR Power Level 1

(CR1) is a Vinyasa class suitable for a beginner and for the seasoned practitioner.  An invigorating full body flow where you will explore yoga postures and our teachers will offer options for those who would like to find and explore their edge, while simultaneously honoring students who may need more rest in child pose. These classes will vary in level depending on the teacher.  Be prepared to move and sweat, complemented by great music. (90-100 degrees, added humidity suited for all levels)

CR2

CR Power Level 2

(CR2) is a Vinyasa class that will challenge you with more advanced asana. Arm balances and inversions will be introduced! A level 1-2 vinyasa yoga class consisting of basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace. Vinyasa (or “flow”) yoga links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement. Modifications are given for beginner students and variations are offered for more advanced yogis and complemented by great music. Be prepared to move and sweat! (90-100 degrees, added humidity, yoga experience a plus)

BUTI Mvmnt

BUTI Mvmnt

Join guest teacher Katie Russo RYT 200 and Buti Mvmnt Instructor for a 60-minute, high-energy class. Buti Mvmnt is a music-driven movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts + deep core conditioning. The class will be full of fun, movement and guaranteed to make you sweat!

CR2/3

CR Power Float>Flow Level 2/3

(CR2/3) Take your vinyasa practice to the next level with this powerful flow class. Practice dynamic postures, move through challenging transitions and experience the satisfaction of advanced sequencing. Linking every movement with one single breath, you will strengthen both body and mind in this intense class, complemented by great music. For intermediate to advanced students.  Flow to your breath and float off your mat. You do not need to have an arm balance practice to jump in: there are moments to learn and options to modify! Be prepared to move and sweat! (90-100 degrees, added humidity, strong yoga practice a plus)

CRS

Yoga Sculpt

(CRS) Strong focus on strength and intensity. Boost metabolism, build lean muscle and move to upbeat music. Combine hand weights with a powerful vinyasa flow for a maximum calorie-burning effect. (suited for all levels)

CRB

CR Barre

CR Barre (CRB) is blend of cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms. The emphasis on proper alignment, balance, and core engagement means the classes move at a slower pace. You might not leave a ballet-inspired class drenched in sweat, but you’ll feel the burn after a class thanks to moves that target specific muscle groups.
